Teachers have indicated that they there is not enough instructional time in the day to meet all of the various requirements. In an effort to reduce time spent on duplicated and/or non-instructional tasks, we have embarked on a "do less, but better" campaign. After we have reduced the clutter, we will then turn our attention to high quality instructional practices.
Examples of things that we are de-cluttering include:
-Consolidating from 6 to 1 benchmark assessment tool.
-Consolidating from 7 to 1 student/parent handbook.
-Implementing consistent systems across buildings.
