Sturgis families,

A physical altercation involving six female students took place in the cafeteria at Sturgis High School this morning during student arrival. High school staff and law enforcement quickly intervened, separated, and removed those involved from the cafeteria. Thanks to the quick response, staff and students were able to return to their normal routines prior to school starting. Additional staff will be at the high school for the rest of the day. This incident is being handled by school adminsitration and law enforcement.
