Announcements

  • Starting on Thursday, April 12, 2012, all elementary schools will be starting one hour later than normal every Thursday morning, until the end of the year.  This means the bell will ring at 9:40. Your child should arrive no earlier than 9:20 as there will be no supervision for them. This extra hour will give the teachers more time to make plans and adjustments to ensure that your child is learning the best they can. Teachers will be meeting together to look at data to see what our strengths and weakenesses are and to see how to get our students ready to go to college.

  • If you don't get a phone call when school is cancelled, then our school doesn't have your correct phone number. Anyone who has given us a current phone number will be called when ever there is a school cancellation or delay.

  • The bell will ring at 8:40 and school will start at 8:45. Students should arrive between 8:15 and 8:40. There is no supervision for them on the playground before 8:15. School dismisses at 3:45 on whole days and 12:00 on half days.
