2010-2011 Annual Education Report The requirement for every school district in the state to issue an annual report has existed since 1990 in Public Act 25 (MCL 380.373). Federal law also requires schools to publish an annual report in the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. Sturgis Public Schools has included all required information from PA25 and NCLB in one report document.
