2013-2014 Kindergarten Registration
Parents will need to bring the following documents to Register:
· Completed registration packet received at Orientation
· The original state-certified Birth Certificate
· Immunization Record
· Vision & Hearing Record, if available
· One Proof of Residency listing parent name and address
(such as driver’s license, utility bill, rental receipt, etc.
