It takes teamwork to provide the best possible educational experience for every child.  Each member of the team plays an important role in the process:  

Academically Accelerated Coordinator provides support and guidance in the implementation of district policies and procedures. 

The Academically Accelerated Team, District-level Committees, Counselors, Teachers, and the Administration provide support and guidance with grouping, scheduling, and classroom level implementation so that various service delivery options are available as appropriate to meet student needs.

Teachers implement  student services plans, providing differentiated instruction and perpetuating the excitement that grows out of watching students maximize their potentials.

Parents communicate with Sturgis Public Schools regarding the strengths and needs of their children.  They support their children as academic services move beyond the comfort zone to an appropriate level of challenge as schoolwork becomes “work.”  Parents will explore opportunities for student growth beyond the school day.
