I graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education in 1998.
I received my Masters of Science degree with a Minor in Special Education from Indiana University at South Bend in 2004.
My husband, Andrew and I were married in April, 2005. I have two sons and two stepdaughters. My hobbies include playing basketball, volleyball, and bicycling. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. I keep busy with our children's after school activities which includes sports and 4-H.
I believe in providing our students with the best education possible for them to be successful in our continuously changing society.
I currently teach first grade at Congress Elementary. Previously I taught special education at the middle school and elementary levels.
