The Athletic Department feels that athletics are a very important component of the total educational process.  The athlete’s commitments, dedication, sense of fair play and sportsmanship are valuable lessons one learns in the game of life.

Beginning with the 2014-15 school year Sturgis will join the Wolverine Conference, which is comprised of Allegan, Berrien Springs, Coloma, Dowagiac, Edwardsburg, Otsego, Paw Paw, Plainwell, South Haven, Three Rivers and Vicksburg.  We look forward to continued success from our athletic teams in the new conference. We are proud of our accomplishments and continue to promote athletic excellence and good sportsmanship.
